Hello,
We received a shipment where the products have specific batch/lot numbers for traceability. Could someone explain how to properly track and record these batch/lot numbers in Cyllo when receiving products?

In your operation lines, you can add the lots of received products. Click on the icon in the image below.

It will open a wizard to add the lots or serial numbers. You can select the lots in the field Lot/Serial Number.
